If you face any technical issues or did not receive the product, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll help you.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If your product is damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and you must share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video proof of damage

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
